Feast
This year's feast will be hosted by Mistress Gwyneth and Team Anubis!
Feast is a Central European theme, featuring dishes from Poland, Hungary, and Serbia, and will be $10 per plate with a max of 100 plates. Menu

First course:

  • Black bread
  • Apple butter (apple, sugar, cinnamon)
  • Honey
  • Pickles (sugar, vinegar, dill weed)
  • Cheese spread (Korozott juturobol) - feta/butter/cream cheese/caraway/dry mustard/cognac/beer
  • Bigos - kielbasa, bacon, and sauerkraut casserole/stew
  • Birch "beer" (like root beer but with birch extract)

Second course:

  • Honey Oatmeal bread
  • Chicken baked with prunes (kurczak pieczony z suszonymi sliwkami) - includes cabbage, onions, bacon, juniper berries, bay leave, parsley, ginger, cinnamon, dry red wine, dill)
  • Pierogies - flavor TBD (cheese, spinach, or mushroom)
  • Vegetarian dish: courtier's pottage (strawa dworzanina ) (peas, millet kasha, onion, vinegar, salt/pepper)
  • Spiced honey drink (czemiga - honey, cinnamon, fennel, water)

Dessert course:

  • Saffron wafers
  • Apple, Poppyseed, and Plum pastries retes (not *strudel* - that's so..."austrian")
  • More desserts TBD
