Bread and cheese (acquired from some friendly pilgrims along the way)

First Remove: (Gluten Free)

Salad of fresh greens found in a field with balsamic vinaigrette dressing from a local monastery.

(Romaine / Assorted greens / eggs) (eggs can be eliminated upon request)

Roasted game hens (one for every two people to share) (Salt, Bacon, game hen)

Second Remove

The infamous “Tannin’s Meat Candy”

Flank Steak served in bite sized pieces marinated in a "magic" sauce and served chilled.
(Magic sauce is Lawyrs Steak and Chop marinade - has gluten)

(Vegetarian option) Portabella Mushrooms (Gluten Free)

(Mushrooms, olive oil, butter, red pepper, garlic, white wine, lemon zest)

Roasted Vegetables

Third Remove (Gluten Free)

Black Pourry (spinach sautéed in Bacon)


(Spinach can be sautéed in butter upon request)


Frutours - Beer Battered Apples

(apple, flour, egg, beer, sugar, oil (for frying)


Gluten Free Option - Fresh assorted fruit with sprinkled sugar & cinnamon.

To Drink:

Drink of Lemons

(Water, Sugar, Lemon Juice)

Cool Water
