The main change was a few adjustments to the plumbata rules as a result of the plumbata class this past weekend.
The minimum spear distance was also corrected to 20′ from 15′.
I also added a line about all marshals being required to have a waiver on file with the Clerk of the Roster. That has been policy for awhile, but was not included in the handbook.
