Happy July to you all! I hope your summer has been gradually getting back to normal as the Society and Kingdom continue to open back up. I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their patience as we worked on getting the SCARS (SCA-Reservation System) put into place for Society as well as our Kingdom. This is just a gentle reminder about the use of SCARS:
Using the SCARS (SCA-Reservation System)- is neither necessary nor desired for local fight practices or meetings. Its main use is for regular weekend events. While pre-registration is still required, please consider using something like Sign-Up Genius, group email lists, or Facebook polls for recurring, local meetings that do not require a registration fee. This will get you some idea of who will be coming and the group can plan accordingly if your site has capacity restrictions.
