Duties of DEM of Youth Rapier:
Oversee all Youth Rapier in the Midrealm through regional deputies
Advise and report directly to the Earl Marshal
Interact with other DEM Youth Rapier marshals in other kingdoms and corp
Act as MIC at Pennsic or provide a substitute when the Midrealm is running martial activities. This will next be Pennsic 52 (2025).
In general support youth rapier activities, and maintain manuals as needed.
Duties of DEM for Siege Combat:
Oversee Siege Combat in the Midrealm
Advise and report directly to the Earl Marshal
Act as MIC at Pennsic or provide a substitute when the Midrealm is running martial activities. This will next be Pennsic 52 (2025).
