Minor Revision for Thrown Weapons Handbook

We have published a minor revision of the Thrown Weapons handbook. The new handbook can be found at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CscBWZLAGdvF7blXqXTn18hR3yavvbiC/view?usp=sharing The main change was a few adjustments to the plumbata rules as a result of the plumbata class this past weekend.
